Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Assistant Manager – Customer Training to be located in Mumbai. Job Summary: Responsible for carrying out Phacoshaala training activities within assigned geography Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES Main areas of responsibility: 1. Ensure adoption of JJSV Cataract products and technologies. 2. Derive skill enhancement through scientific educational events driving Phaco adoption. 3. Drive Revenues in this segment through above initiatives across assigned product ranges. (achieve customer training KRAs for this Segment). 4. Responsible to achieve the assigned areas training and activity objectives. 5. Ensure trainee and alumni delight thereby increase wallet share. 6. Make JJSV brands the preferred choice through the above initiatives. 7. Generate and track Opportunities from Phacoshaala initiatives. 8. Create in house training plan/s as per customer requirement and implement it post proper approvals. 9. Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with trainee and trainer surgeons. 10. Support the team in creating Wet Labs for regular customer training programs for improving phaco adoption. Ensure smooth and regular functioning of the wet-lab. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) or Optometry. MBA will be an added advantage. Should have 5 years of working experience as a trainer/Optometrist/Sales domain with thorough understanding of managed care and technical knowledge.
