Experience:7-10 Years Qualification:MSc (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry) Job Description: Under general supervision of team leader, independently perform routine scientific research tasks using standard techniques, procedures and equipment. Develop experimental plans, investigate technical concepts & needs, Perform Analytical Method development and validation for API and specility chemicals, raw materials using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, etc. Perform Analytical method transfer for API & specialty chemical project at manufacturing site. On-line troubleshooting as well as during method development & method transfer. Support routine analysis. Experimental data generation, interpretation and review of analytical development. Propose experimental program and discuss with manager/R&D engineers Show analytical chemistry proficiency and use advanced analytical techniques to develop analytical testing methods for new product. Provide timely support to plant / Regulatory or QA in resolving analytical related queries, Impurity standards, improvements and or development of new analytical tools. Analyse and resolve research issues in a timely and accurate manner Develop, maintain, manage and document all research materials and data Perform general lab assignments e.g. analytical reagents and columns inventory management, Calibration of analytical instruments, Maintaining IQ/ OQ/ PQ documentation for analytical instruments, lab house-keeping, Implementation of SOP in R&D Lab, Updating/ Renewal of Annual Maintenance Contract for analytical instrument, as assigned. Instruct, supervise and coach less experienced lab team members on assigned tasks and EHS issues Provide onsite or offsite support for execution of transfer activity as per Plan Review received Quotes for Analytical transfer activities, Review analytical documents, Identify and prepare Gap analysis. Support in preparation, review and approval of Analytical method transfer documents such as Method assessment document, Analytical method transfer plan, Protocol and Reports, stability data. Resolve queries in coordination with Sending site / Receiving site and Internal technology transfer team. Strong Knowledge and understanding of the analytical chemistry, various analytical technique used with industrial experience. Experience of using various analytical instruments Like HPLC, GC, GC-HS, LCMS Well versed with analytical method development, validation and transfer. knowledge in HPLC, GC, NMR., mass spectral data analysis and interpretation. Knowledge of plant operations, and quality systems, ICH guideline, GLP & GMP Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and present results. Technical writing skills.
