Job Description : Lead marketing team for SDG business across South Asia Should be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Marketing Manager Essential Skills Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels Excellent communication skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively Budget-management skills and proficiency Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department Implement strategy Promote a business, product, or service Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure Drive team to conduct activities like CMEs/conferences/symposia etc. to increase SDG product awareness . Regular meetings and clinical promotion of Dx products at clinicians/hospitals/labs . Identification of Key Opinion Leaders from the Clinical and IVD professionals in the region . Work with the SDG commercial team, Marketing team, Global Business Units and distributors to create various educational initiatives for SDG divisions in India and OSA . Support the medico-marketing activities of SDG overall as & when required Essential Functions: . Conduction of customer training programs on existing and new products/technologies of SDG . Work in individual capacity to organize CMEs/Advisory board & ISPs in associations with various societies like ICAAR/NAPCON . Conduct and participate in various CMEs, symposia, scientific meets, presentations, RTMs & demonstrations to drive business . Support to sales personnel through Customer visits, problem resolution, trouble shooting & technical discussion of the product with lab . Induction/Clinical training for new joiners . Clinical Audits, Data Generation and preparation of white papers or scientific studies . Continuous customer responsiveness to all clinical complaints, issues and queries . Circulation of mailers, scientific promotional material, new updates to IDD sales team and customers – monthly/ Quarterly . Work in close collaboration with Product Management team to develop/update sales collaterals that will help position IDD solutions in the targeted markets. . Collect, collate and provide market intelligence Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: . MBBS / MD / MBA . Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with a successful track record of Medico-marketing / Pharma marketing for products in the area of Diagnostics & Healthcare . Ability to communicate confidently and fluently with other medical colleagues as well as non-medical personnel . Capable of preparing and delivering effective presentations . Able to work with various cross-functional personnel – both medical and essentially non-medical colleagues . Able to travel at short notices, conduct hands-on training programs . Good experience of managing/leading/inspiring distributors . Willingness to travel >70% of the time region . Team player
