Ready to join us About this opportunity He/She will be responsible for university relations and clinical evidence for both orthodontic and general dental channels. Key focus includes developing the university engagement strategies, building effective university partnerships, designing university specific education and research programs and identifying, working closely with university faculty and KOLs, and developing clinical evidence and publication strategy to build confidence of the dental professionals towards Align innovations and products. In this role, you will Report to Director of Clinical Education, APAC Develop university engagement strategies, programs and implementation plans Design and develop education curriculum for university programs Run regional university specific education events Work with speaker relations manager to design university faculty development programs and work with local teams to conduct those programs Manage clinical study development process, support and review local clinical studies submission Develop and drive local, region and global publication strategy and execution to promote the Align innovations Work with clinical education channel owners to design and develop respective white paper and case reports Provide training to local teams on how to use the publications and evidence Manage APAC Invisalign Gallery, its review and approval process and lead the annual smilescore program Work with local teams to identify potential speakers for future development Support the execution of clinical education projects as assigned In this role, you’ll need To have at least 8 years work experience preferably in APAC region To have solid experience in clinical study planning, writing clinical reports, scientific manuscripts, white paper and publication planning To have solid experience in university partnerships, curriculum design and managing KOLs To be familiar with Good Clinical Research Practices To have strong organizational skills To have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills To have effective communication and to be collaborative with all the regional teams, countries’ counterparts and external agencies To have strong implementation skills with excellent in execution and attention to details To be very organized in managing and coordinating events and projects To be a degree holder preferably in dentistry (DMD/DDS) To have an additional business degree is a plus To be a fast learner Sound like a good fit Great!
