What you will be doing: Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.) Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. What you bring: 8+ years of experience in software technical documentation (working experience in banking product is an added advantage) Impeccable writing skills Strong communications skills Experience working in an XML authoring environment Hands on working experience in Oxygen XML editor and any CMS Familiarity with SDLC, DDLC and DITA Familiarity in MSTP Ability to research and analyse the available product information from requirements, specifications and user stories Ability to interview Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, QA Analysts, etc. to gather the necessary information Ability to develop, publish and maintain defect-free, end-user oriented content corresponding to release timelines. Ability to collaborate with the cross-functional teams to learn assigned product and complete all necessary content development. Experience working in an Agile environment Education Requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
