Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is seeking for a seasoned IT Project Manager for the Infrastructure and Operational Services Delivery Management team who has experience with managing IT Infrastructure/DevOps based projects as well as experience working with IT organizations across multiple business units within the IT Org such as: Server, Network, Database, Cloud, Tools, and Automation teams. Candidate will manage all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.
Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Responsibilities
Project Management
- This PM needs to have experience with managing IT Infrastructure/DevOps/Cloud based projects. Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
- Create initial project proposals, project charters, and statements of work
- Create and manage project control documentation, including requirements documentation, work plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and knowledge transfer plans
- Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes
- Manage user acceptance testing and release plans
- Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, including dependencies and appropriate milestones
- Identify Infrastructure cross-team implications and operating environment dependencies
- Proven ability to collaborate and work with a matrix project team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects and assignments
- Interfaces with customers across multiple business units. Works with various IT functional areas, including development, infrastructure, training and adoption, and transition teams as necessary for projects. Works with business leads for technology planning and management.
Business Analysis
- Assist in documenting business needs and identifying appropriate technology solutions
- Define and document functional and technical requirements and assist in defining business requirements

Experience & Education
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or department
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT projects

Technical Skills & Competencies
- Experience in managing simultaneous projects from inception to successful completion
- Experience in real estate Industry a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
- Agile CSM certification and/or PMP or equivalent certification desired
- Experience with PPM tools; Workfront and/or Azure DevOps preferred
- Experience with Agile Project management and Kanban is a plus
- Knowledge of Infrastructure technical domains (Server Platform, Storage, Security, Network, Database, ITSM, and cloud, tools, and automation technologies.)
