Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create work orders from system or manually
  • Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information (standard WO information and guidelines for Technicians and Dispatchers if applicable) and ready to be planned and scheduled
  • Customer specifics considered in technical planning.
  • Triggering Technical Support for complex jobs.
  • Verify if the customer is entitled for a service or not
  • Upstream support role involved for quotation creation
  • Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support, who triggers Task List creation & updates)
  • Create work orders from system or manually
  • Perform an entitlement check via system support and identify T&M opportunities
  • If the entitlement is not recognized by the system – clarify the status with Contract Manager
  • Take customer specific clauses into consideration when planning
  • Technically Plan a Work order (map a work type / task list or manual planning: Define and search out all required materials, tools, services and resources)
  • Identify CIM opportunities and link work order (if applicable)
  • Reassign a work order to Technical Support Engineers if advanced planning is required OR to Upstream if commercial clarification is required
  • Forward work order to the next role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma with Planning skills.
  • Experience in technical planning / resource planning.
  • Previous experience in customer support and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relation skills.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all professional levels, performs as a champion for change management initiatives and ability to respectfully follow supervision.
  • Experience with MS office, Advanced Excel, SAP, Sales force and CRM systems.

Competencies

  • High Quality of planning and organizational skills
  • Technical background with experience in wind turbines is preferably.
  • Good understanding of entitlement / commercial customer specifics.
  • Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends.
  • Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings
  • Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in technical (commercial) related systems
  • Structured and detailed working approach
  • Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant
  • Technical communications skills
