Qualifications 1) Bachelors/Master’s degree with at least 70% marks 2) 10th and 12th Standard( Or Equivalent): 70% marks Experience 8 to 14 years in 4G(LTE)/5G RAN RF Technical Architect Domain skills Looking for telecommunication professionals with experience in Testing and Support having below skills 4G/5G – L1 (Phy) experience L1 – L2 System integration experience Knowledge in Low-Phy, High-Phy integration in O-RAN Vector Signal Generator & Vector Signal Analyzer / Signal spectrum analyzer Knowledge in EVM Knowledge in Beam Management Good understanding features associated with 5G like Beamforming, Massive mimo, Mobility, Scheduling, Power control and Channels System dimensioning and Features Related to 3GPP Rel 15 and 16 Experience on NFVI and Transport would be added advantage Knowledge on ORAN Architecture knowledge on various ORAN Work Group and its specifications Knowledge on 3GPP Specifications on 36,37,38 series Worked on Product/System Engineering Team Preferably on ORAN solution Additional skills Knowledge in L2 protocols (MAC, RLC) Experience in virtualized DU and cell site DU solution would be added advantage Experience on NFVI and Transport would be added advantage
