  • Define the process, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, create a management system and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from product management to delivery) of the MCMP Offering roadmap
  • Provide governance for roadmap enablement, bring alignment and visibility across cross functional teams
  • Works closely with product management and engineering teams to track roadmap execution to launch new features and capabilities
  • Work closely with Delivery, Account teams & Engineering to manage client implementations and drive client success

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • BA or BS Degree
  • Over 12 years of Technical Project Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts, and tools in the technology industry, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large scale technical product development or implementation effort
  • Experienced Agile practitioner and champion
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced work environment with multi-disciplined, multi-location teams
  • Strong initiative, able to self-manage and use good judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Inquisitiveness and willingness to deep dive into both functional and technical aspects with a holistic understanding and grasp of both the business and the associated technologies
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/Google/IBM)
  • Experience in managing Client Implementation projects
  • Experience with project management tools

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent
  • Process modeling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Hunger for challenges and opportunities
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside the CTO
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time
