Designation: Research Scientist/ Sr. Research Scientist Educational qualification: Ph.D (Computational Chemistry) Experience: 2-5 years of industry experience inBio/Chemo informatics department in drug discovery work with Computer modeling and AI assisted drug discovery experience. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for generated models/compounds for the given protein targets within agreed formats & timescales. Able to justify the same. Possess experience in most Comp Chem methodologies (structure- and ligand-based approaches & virtual screening). Able to run Molecular dynamics simulations. Publish scientific articles in reputed scientific journals. Able to explain causal relationship between Gene Vs Diseases by basic bioinformatics analysis like differential gene expression analysis, Pathway analysis. Active participation in departmental seminars Scientific adviser for developing AI platform for compound generation and Target identification. Responsible for optimal utilization of resources in his organization through monitoring, measuring and reporting on scientific issues, opportunities and developmental plans and achievements. Support business developmental activities to attract, acquire and retain customers. Good knowledge of Bio/Chemo informatics and sufficient knowledge of biology and biophysics.
