Responsibilities
Main mission includes –
- Incident, Problem and Change Management in DRE team
- Ensure optimal functioning of production databases
- Interact with other teams/managers
- Management of transversal & internal projects
- Develop Production Control/Monitoring Tools
- Accountable for data quality initiatives
- In charge of Team communication
- Accountable for knowledge management within DRE Team
The management of incidents, requests, problems and changes with the objective of quickly restoring the normal operation of the service and minimizing negative impacts on the activities of producing requests and changes; He/She will be required to participate in the following meetings:
- Production Incidents Meetings
- Change Review Board Meetings
- Problem Review
- Incident meeting/s of respective control towers
The Control of the good respect of the processes, norms, and standards:
- Help DBAs and managers of the DRE team to properly apply/implement norms and standards and set/respect the rules.
- Ensure that procedures and documentation are updated regularly
- Contribute to the development of the necessary tools to monitor compliance with rules and the proper application/implementation of norms and standards
Monitoring, development, and improvement of production KPIs and data quality inherent in the development of these KPIs
Profile required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MCA
Work Experience: 12+ years of industry experience
Skill Required
- Autonomous & rigorous person
- Strong communication skills
- Good technical knowledge of databases and systems
- Good knowledge of cloud systems
- Good in BI & data analysis for reporting
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work coherently with large team
- The use of Agile practices such as Kanban, Scrum etc.
