Job Description: We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Sr. Medical Billing Specialist for a reputed Healthcare Company at the New Jersey, USA location. Job Responsibilities: . Answer billing queries, respond to client queries via email/ calls, ensure proper client coordination is happening and query resolution is provided quickly . Identify billing errors, and suggest the client the possible solutions, identify missing information on the bills, and ask clients for more details in order to process it for claim submission . Should have good knowledge and understanding of CPT codes and keep abreast of the billing rules . Should be able to provide billing service requests from coming from doctor’s office, hospitals, etc . Should be the single point of contact for resolving client queries . Should be able to pull demographics and notes and respond to the client . Manage a team of 6-7 employees, coordinate with the India team, and US team in order to get faster resolutions . Strong understanding of medical billing process .
