We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical (Functional Analyst) within the Operational Insights Program’s Global Product Management team to play a key role in the Product Development space. This person will support key activities including defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, performing requirement and data analysis, elaborating features and user stories, supporting the creation of prototypes and actual products working closely with the design and engineering teams.

Role

  • Excellent requirement and data analysis skills are a must for this role, as is a business and technical understanding and interest.
  • Work closely with internal Product Managers to understand high-level business needs & business requirements.
  • Own the product backlog creation, elaborate features, and define user stories into the smallest possible piece of work that capture the functional and non-functional requirements including the acceptance criteria to meet the agreed prototype and final solution build.
  • Agile experience in working with design and engineering teams, sprint planning, and retrospectives is a must for this role
  • Own and manage product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by design and engineering teams
  • Conduct demo sessions and review against the acceptance criteria
  • Perform data analysis and data modelling to ensure product viability and success.
  • Multitask and be able to work with product, design and engineering teams distributed across geographies, coordinate with Business owners across geographies
  • Basic payment knowledge (preferably in cards) and experience is expected
  • Good knowledge of the technology that is being supported by the engineering team
  • Document learnings and knowledge capsules for long-term benefit of the team

All About You

  • Agile product management experience in data-driven solutions especially in the payments/financial sector preferred
  • Ability to define crisp and clear product requirements
  • Strong data analysis skills including proficiency in using tools like Python, Excel, and Tableau
  • Analytical, solutions-oriented skillset with the ability to drive thought leadership
  • Strategic mind-set to solve complex and ambiguous problems
  • Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and features
  • Highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities
  • Knowledge and skills using product management tools (AHA, ALM/JIRA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Committed to deliver on time and to quality
