Job description: Building project budgets and overseeing the successful execution of projects throughout the year

1. To follow up leads and enquiries from potential new clients. 2. To achieve set turnover targets/budget targets. 3 Office routine work handling (getting things done by office staff). 4. Responsibility for ensuring risk is managed and contractual issues are looked after in the company’s best interest. 5. To develop and implement change and improvements in ways of working. 6. General Administration in hand execution. 7. Preparing estimation and tender submission. 8. Good co-ordination between HO and Manufacturing and sites. 9. Achieve targets, set goals for timely completion and as per schedule. 10. Meeting clients, negotiation and achieving sales targets. 11. Good engineering knowledge, experience in Material Handling, direction fabrication would be an advantage. Location: Western Suburb candidates preferable
