Technology @Dream11 Our Tech Team is the core of Dream11’s mobile-first cross-platform (Android & iOS, Mobile + Desktop PWA) product, serving more than 10 Crore users with over 70 million rpm (requests per minute) at peak with user concurrency of 5.5 million. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS and comprises multiple distributed systems like Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite etc. We have around 100+ micro-services primarily written in Java backed by vert.x framework. They serve isolated product features with discrete architectures to serve the respective use-cases. We have a completely in-house data infrastructure built on top of Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid etc. which powers our Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics use-cases. We ingress Terabytes of Data every day, which flows all over our Data pipelines to power a plethora of use-cases. You will be a part of Team: Resiliency , Reliability and Recovery Your Role: Contribute in Design and Implementation of Risk & Resiliency Platform. Research and implement chaos practices on Infrastructure and identify frequent faults that can impact resiliency of Dream11 and convert into simulating such fault injections via API/CLI. Combine Infrastructure and application logics and create a scoring system to identify the microservice survival status of any chaos. Research and implement Disaster Recovery Solutions for Network, Application and Datastores to meet services RPO and RTO expectations. Improve availability, reliability, and observability of our services and reduce the burden of human toil with tooling and automation Must Haves: Development languages: Strong Knowledge of server-side programming languages including Python , Go and SDLC. Linux: Strong in Linux and application debugging skills. System Engineering: Experience in Network, System, Application & Database Architecture. Cloud Computing: Experience in managing large scale cloud platforms either in (AWS/GCP/Azure ) Platform Tools: Ansible/Salt/Chef/Terraform, CI/CD Pipeline, Datadog/NewRelic/Prometheus. Good to Have: Exposure to container orchestration. Experience in Distributed Datastores and RDBMS (Cassandra/Aerospike/Kafka & Mysql).
