We are working hybrid- up to twice a week from the offices/working from home or hybrid mode is allowed). What you’ll achieve Be part of a global engineering support group, responsible for supporting the Unstructured and Secondary Storage B business Unit , which consist of many engineering groups in many locations around the globe. Assess system requirements and design scalable distributed system architecture and system integration to meet engineering needs. You will cover the following areas: Find out clients’ needs by interviewing them, give them technical advice, come up with solutions and maintain ongoing relationships with them Work closely with network engineers, lab operations engineers and other IT professionals to choose and implement compatible solutions Define and enforce relevant technical procedures and standards Evaluate existing systems and provide advice on how to meet the engineering client’s requirements Represent the USS BU in various corporate-wide infrastructure projects, initiatives, and technical discussions Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
