Role Summary Software QA Engineer: Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing. Survey Tip: Non-engineer roles that are primarily performing audits and tests of software products in accordance with established test plans and procedures and are not involved in the development of test plans should be matched to Software Test Technician (8281-8285).

- Setting up the test environments , driving the testing , delivering the product, supporting the customer
environment
Job Requirements
Experience in Automation Tools like Ansible or Chef or Puppet, java/python selenium/Postman
automation Robot framework.

l Container technologies Docker, Kubernetes Infrastructure-as-as-Service IaaS products
l 3 years of experience in the IT/Telecom industry
Experience NFVO -ONAP (Open Network Automation platform) Orchestrator, Familiar with ETSIMANO
Specifications.
l
Experience in working with virtualization technologies (vSphere, Xen, KVM, Red Hat
Virtualization,Docker) and cloud technologies like Kubernetes K8S Platform
l
l Strong working & troubleshooting experience in Linux/CentOS/Ubuntu
Understanding of core networking topology and devices (switches, routers, firewalls, and load
balancers)
l
l Experience on Shell Scripting or Python
l Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
l Strong communication and writing skills required.
l Should be open to travel on short notice
