Job description: Good knowledge in human anatomy and Physiology. Good reading and understanding skills -Medical record analysis to understand the procedure performed and the reason for which it was done. Good aptitude and processing skills. Strong knowledge on ICD 10, E&M, Pain management. Exposure on working the prospective coding & denial management process. Must be CPC certified. Also, should be doing multi-tasking and must have exposure on training larger groups especially freshers and should do focus audit and identify trends and that to be reported proactively at frequent intervals. Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications and learn new software tools – Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST and the shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. – Flexibility to accommodate overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement. – Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
