Job description: Job Description : – Manage team of nutritionist and Tele-support – Conduct scientific research to expand field related knowledge such as health products and its benefits.- Counsel clients and understand their health goals and dietary needs, preferences, restrictions and suggest them online diet plan, relevant products etc. – Create personalized, age-specific and culturally appropriate diet plans. – Manage end to end the customer service management workflow. – Maintain and encourage open communication with the team to close sales – Content writing/ development/ curating experience into medical writing/ wellness/ healthcare and nutrition/ neutraceuticals etc. and report making.
