Job Description:
- Graduate or post-graduate in Technical Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a technical writer.
- Hands-on with XML and DITA standards.
- Proficient with documentation and related tools, such as Oxygen XML Author (required), MS Word (required), MS Visio (required), Adobe Acrobat (required), JIRA (desired), and Atlassian Confluence (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with good decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
