Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Responsible for handling Aerospace/Pharma/Defense/Telecom/Engineering/Banking/ Manufacturing domain’s any IT & Non-IT Requirements from US-based clients. Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career builder, Tech Fetch, Monster), Making job postings on the Job Portal. Responsible to work on contracts, Permanent positions. Well-versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. Achieve performance within specific deadlines. Should be ready to work in US business hours. Skills and Experience Required: 1 – 8 yrs. of experience in Aerospace/Pharma/Telecom/Mechanical/Engineering recruiting experience with a successful background sourcing candidate from a wide range of technical disciplines. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity sourcing through Job Boards like Dice, Tech Fetch, Career Builder, etc. Have an eye for the process. Required mostly worked on W2. Have a good understanding of IT/NON-IT and related areas. Are comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing. Are positive-minded, team-oriented, and coachable for personal improvement.
