Key Responsibilities: As the Director of the India Hardware Development and Signal Integrity group in the Central Engineering organization you will be the local leader of a growing (up to 40+) engineering team responsible for supporting the hardware (logic, layout), thermal, mechanical, electrical design and analysis across Micron’s product families including DRAM modules, SSD, and other sophisticated technology modules. In addition, your team will be responsible for providing signal and power integrity analysis across a variety of component memory families including DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, HBM, NAND, managed NAND, in addition to customer ASIC. The successful candidate will have a broad engineering development background and proven success as a functional leader of a diverse team delivering viable products in a timely and efficient manner. Functional responsibilities include: Hardware Development Team: delivering best-in-class PCBAs designs Including logic, electrical, mechanical, thermal design and layout Signal/Power Integrity Team: delivering Best-in-Class analysis for component memory products Characterization and Validation Lab: building up a new team to deliver quality measured data to support product bring-up, non-memory component char and correlation data Leadership responsibilities include: Establish organizational roadmaps and strategies Resource modeling, management, and development Optimize group performance and structure through metrics and objectives Build and maintain consistent cross-functional partner collaboration Develop robust Quality Management Systems targeting zero defects and board spins aligned with a culture of continuous improvement Drive DFX to optimize designs for: Quality, Performance, Cost, Test, and HVM Develop, track, complete group objectives About Micron Technology, Inc.
