The job description is given below:

1) Making strategies to achieve the business objectives of ICD Unit.

2) Strategic interventions to identify measures of cost reduction within the unit.

3) Strategic interventions to increase employee productivity.

4) Identifying and understanding Customer requirements

5 Identifying Business growth opportunities through networking, client relationship management etc.

6) Meeting Revenue targets of the ICD Business Unit

7) Staff allocation, maximizing availability of all related resources man, machine etc.

8) Process improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency of ICD operations.

9) Process knowledge of ICD operations.

10 Tracking end to end operations of daily ICD operations.

11) Motivate team to achieve business unit objectives.

12) Performance management of team.

13) Maintaining all related safety standards.

14) Generating constructive reports for enhancing management decisions and ease of business.

Experience and Qualification:

1) Masters in Business Management with specialization in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.

2) Must have at least ten (10) years working experience in Logistics, Import and Export, Warehousing, Marketing and Administration work, overall experience of 15+ Years.

3) Green Belt in Six Sigma

4) Bachelors in Engineering / B.Tech – Computers / Mechanical / Production.
