Job description: Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist
General Duties and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst with The US healthcare client and Health IT projects

• Work with US customers in night shift

• Fair Knowledge on Patient Registration i.e. Admission, Discharge and Transfers

• Fair Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. EDI, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR, EMR

• Understanding different HIPAA measures (DSRIP / MIPS / ECQM / HEDIS / HCPCS etc)

• Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and Specification document

• Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of various approaches for requirements analysis and documentation

• Experience with defining test cases and test scripts

• Conduct internal and client UAT sessions before release

• Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification.

• Create detailed documentation of features and functions

• Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities

• Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
