Now we’re looking for BDM to bring a strong culture of privacy and ethics to Softline. You’ll be a part of our Global Sales Team. Job Overview: BDM – Digital Transformation will be responsible to achieve his/her annual quota of Revenue for the Region that they’re responsible for. Must have strong knowledge of Adobe products. This role is highly customer-focused, challenging, and result-oriented, which requires experience in working with cross-functional teams and the ability to work in a growing organization. What you’ll do : Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives. Research prospective accounts in target markets. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Setting goals for business development and developing strategies to meet those goals. Training business development staff. Attending conferences and industry events. Interaction with the Digital Lab team as part of Business Development. IT market analysis: analysis of global digitalization trends and analysis of industry markets from the point of view of demand in IT solutions (Logistics, Metallurgy manufacturing, mining, Retail industries) Preparing and conducting presentations for customers in the field of solutions offered by the Digital Lab (IoT, AI/ML, Big Data, AR/VR, CV, Could solutions, and others) Participation in meetings with customers as a Business Development Manager. Preparing the functional and technical sections of commercial proposals. Building long-term productive relationships with clients Profile requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Experience in sales, marketing, or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Be proactive and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital technology of market: trends, directions, technologies, key players. Experience working as a BDM in the field of IT integration, and digitalization. Experience in technical and commercial proposal development. Fluent in local and English languages for business communication, negotiations, and presentations. Understand technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, Big Data, AR/VR, and CV. Expertise in designing and delivering solutions. Excellent client-facing manner and ability to liaise with Top management of customers.
