About the department
FLP IT-SAP (Finance, Legal and Procurement IT) department has SAP systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk. The dept. deals with customers from Corporate Finance, Affiliate Finance Departments and Regional/Representative Offices. The areas supported are Finance, Controlling, Consolidation, Treasury, Project System, Invoice Workflow systems, and In-House Bank.
The Position
As a Advanced Business Analyst II-SOX Compliance , you will primarily be responsible for:
- You should have excellence in understanding the Sarbox (SOX) requirements and SAP Authorization.
- You will be responsible for Enhancing the Sarbox (SOX) knowledge and mindset in the team and high degree of knowledge sharing. Compliance with QualityDocs.
- You are responsible to do execution of Sarbox (SOX) ICQ controls as per defined frequency along with Documentation and Keeping it up to date.
- You will have to Face the Sarbox (SOX) audit (3 times a year) representing SAP FI along with the System Manager.
- You will have to Analyse the ER, TA and SoD tools to fully utilize them for the compliance needs.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in IT industry.
- Experience with SAP FI or SAP related technology.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in handling Sox Compliance related tasks
- Knowledge on SAP Authorisation.
- Clearly and effectively translates technical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions orally and in writing.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties.
- Large degree of flexibility and ability to work under strong time pressure.
- Capability to understand the auditors’ needs quickly.
- Possess good customer service skills and professionalism, hard worker with a flexible approach.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal English. Good negotiation skills.
