Job description: – Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.

– A qualified candidate must have min 1 to 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.

– Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B

– Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, career builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Diva, Email groups and also portals.

– Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.

– Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

– Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner

– Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Must be a good team player and result driven.

– Build a strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, and leverage the existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.
