Associate/Senior Associate, Test Data Management Specialist, Enterprise Architect Site Reliability Engineering. Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsiilities Over 8 years of experience in IT with extensive specialization on Test data management Responsible for building enterprise test data management strategy in co-ordination with Platform teams focusing on Data provisioning, Data Classification, Process Alignment and devising efficient TDM processes. Contribution to implementation & management of end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution. Require experience on planning, discovery, design, development, and maintenance of test data using appropriate test data management tools and techniques Experience on development of test data management strategies and plans to provide right d, production like, reusable and secured test data per test data requirements Experience on discover, generate, profile, transform, enrich, cleanse, extract, subset, mask, load, validate, refresh, reset, archive, purge test data and resolve defects of test data using the TDM tool (IBM Optim,VDP, Delphix etc.) Requirement Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with enterprise data strategy. Work with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans. Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge on Data migration and ETL processes Strong SQL and programming knowledge. India-Telangana-Hyderabad – DAH2
