About the Department Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore is a global RA hub consisting of 8 strong team of high calibre regulatory professionals. The objective of the team is to offer core Regulatory Affairs (RA) competencies enabling NovoNordisk (NN) secure fast, high quality product approvals. The team delivers full strategic and operational support on a global scale across value chain on core regulatory processes across NN product portfolio. We provide regulatory expertise and work very closely with our colleagues in RAHQ, Denmark (DK) as well as colleagues in our affiliates all over the world. The Position The primary role for this position will be creating Global printed packaging material design and e-labelling for Novo Nordisk by use of various graphic software’s. The ideal candidate is expected to provide support on defined issues and contribute through applied knowledge and expertise as per the job task. This position requires you to be highly creative, flexible and have learning mindset. Ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards is highly expected. Responsible for maintaining, Testing, expanding, improving, and scaling the design of the website. Advanced understanding of design principles such as colour, typography, layout, and information design Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Should understand Die cut specifications as well. Qualifications: Graduation and/or post-graduation/ comparable degree in graphic designing. Minimum of 3-5 years of graphical design experience required Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, XML, Bootstrap, JQuery, and JavaScript. PC illustration handling and colour separations Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process Good understanding of search engine optimization principles Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues (like Laptop, Mobile & iPad). Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. Excellent visual design skills. Excellent communication skills.
