Job description: What you’ll be doing :- Maintaining good relations with customers- Be available from 2 pm to 11 pm at our stores- Counseling patients /customers on generic medicines – Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank- Preparing customer bills in software- Maintaining record for no-stock items and follow-up the same with ASMs/Warehouse- Checking patient’s prescriptions properly and suggesting medicines according – Checking quantity, MRP, batch number and date of expiry of the received items from the warehouse before entering into software- Conducting accurate weekly audit process – Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times- Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards (ref:biojoby.com)
