Position: Regional Manager/Senior Regional Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Company) Role: – Responsible for Sales of New Generation Diabetes Care Products in the Region – Sales Planning and analysis: Value wise and Product Wise – Team Building and work with team members and maintain a healthy communication & relationship – Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target – Building relationships with Doctors and Key Healthcare opinion Leaders and Professionals Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and ensuring availability of products as per sale and targets – Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions – Regular monitoring of new products and services and products and services of competitors Requirements: – BPharm + MBA – Requirement: 15 plus years of experience and minimum 7 years of people manager experience. – Should have second line manager (managers manager) experience (3- 5 years) – Experience working with strong pharma MNCs – Should have experience working in the Diabetes/ Cardio Segments Location: Delhi NCR This position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading MNC Pharma Company
