POSITION PURPOSE: Role will be responsible for development and implementation of medical strategy and for providing medical inputs pivotal for shaping Brand strategies. To enable the Consumer Health India team to generate medically backed consumer claims, execute scientific activities, query management, capability building initiatives and effective KOL management. To ensure delivery of regulatory operations and active support YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategy and implementation Contribute to the establishment of the local medical strategy and brand plans ensuring that the business perspective is considered. Develop and guide local KOL management strategy together with medical and marketing organization Establish scientific relationships with expert groups, societies, regulatory bodies and represent the company among decision makers and the medical peer groups. 2. Medical support towards OTC brand management Claims generation and substantiation Support on OTC claim activations on all platforms including e-commerce, e-pharmacy, Social media, websites and Digital media. OTC claim inputs- review/ approval Medical insights on proposed NPD formulations 3. Ensure adherence to code of compliance Make sure that all promotional activities are made in accordance with local Regulations. Ensure that any promotional, POS and educational materials for CH Division have been reviewed and approved according to the relevant procedure. Ensure that claims are substantiated by Competent and Adequate Scientific Evidence Ensure that all information requests coming from customers, consumers or patients are managed according to the relevant procedures 4. Outreach and knowledge repository Lead local research initiatives (RWDs) to generate and support product concepts Responsible for promoting cross-functional support between Medical affairs and Marketing-sales-trade stakeholders Ensures excellence in the implementation of Medical-marketing strategies in collaboration with CH Commercial team. Acts as a key scientific speaker of the therapeutic areas and give presentations. Represent the company at national/international congress and medical meetings as needed. Conduct local scientific advisory boards as needed. 5. Medical support to the field operations team Support on the execution of medico-marketing strategies and operations HCP query handling Drive HCP scientific engagement strategies KOL management Develop and strengthen the scientific acumen of the team Medical Information- Monitoring seamless execution of ‘Query management’ for BCH- India 6. Ensure Regulatory operations support Handling regulatory operations of Bayer India CH portfolio. Preparation of necessary regulatory documentation for business related processes. Actively support the country organization with product-related issue and risk management activities. Review the product related dossiers for product launches, change management implementations and maintenance activities. Get trained as a super user for DORIS and other RA related processes. Lead artwork, labeling creation upto implementation process. Occasional travel will be required WHO YOU ARE : MBBS/BDS PhD/ Pharmacist (BPharm/ M.Pharm) Dieticianwith prior relevant experience Prior experience in medico-marketing is a must Prior OTC/ non- Rx brand handling experience is preferred Exposure to conducting RWDs is preferred Bayer does not charge any fees whatsoever for recruitment process.
