About
We are looking for a highly driven, goal-oriented Academic Writer to create and optimize our learning resources. You would be responsible for creating questions for primary education curriculums (K – 6), putting our learning guides and instructional methods into practice by drawing up a comprehensive curriculum catering to all our students’ educational needs. To do this, the role requires you to be up-to-date on the latest educational theories and learning practices of the following international-focussed curriculums:

British curriculum
International Baccalaureate (IB)
Subjects include but are not limited to Maths, English, General Ability for K – 6.A prospective candidate should be well-acquainted with recent education models and develop an effective curriculum accordingly. Their role is to draw up tests and design an inclusive grading system from which all our subscribers can benefit.
Applicants should be familiar with basic programming tools and have a firm knowledge of learning software. Good planning skills, while not required, are a big plus.
As you would be in charge of integrating instructional media into our learning program, the ability to work with visual design software is also preferred. You are also expected to possess a superb knowledge of the English language.
Your goal is to create question banks and programs derived from British and IB curriculums and maximize the efficacy of our learning programs and educational courses by producing expedient and engaging instructional content.
Responsibilities
Researching and identifying the curriculum and learners’ instructional needs
Delivering educational content that meets our student’s needs
Assessing the learning process and designing a grading system
Drawing up tests and exam papers for varying levels of difficulty
Applying learning methods and educational models in practice
Designing learning activities and exercises
Providing auxiliary instructional material
Creating educational and instructional media

Requirements
Credible experience working with learning software and instructional technology
Portfolio of published academic material and completed learning projects
Solid knowledge of the latest instructional models and learning theories
Good time-management skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Salary Ranges for an Educational Content Creator
Salaries for Educational Content Creators can vary widely depending on several factors, such as the candidates’ level of education, work experience, state of residence, and additional qualifications. We also factor in the current market rate and the demand for this role.
Job Types: Freelance, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
