Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing profiles from Naukri and LinkedIn
2. Screening profiles for the required positions
3. Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates
4. Following up and handholding the candidates until joining
5. Interacting with clients and working on database management
Requirements:
1. Proactive approach in planning and strategizing sourcing techniques
2. Good English communication
