Job description: URGENTLY REQUIRED NURSING SUPERINTENDENT FOR A MULTI-SPECIALTY HOSPITALS KERALA
Qualification – GNM or BSc Nursing with minimum 10 years experience
- Supervises complete functioning of nursing department.
- Prepares policies and objectives of the nursing department in accordance with that of the hospital.
- Plans and monitors overall progress of the nursing services.
- Plans for promotions of different categories of Nursing Staff.
- Devices and implements regular training programs for staff development.
- Initiates and co-ordinates teaching & research programs for the nursing department.
- To ensure quality assured nursing services in the hospital
- To ensure round the clock nursing services
- To keep performance record of Nursing Staffs and recommendation for appraisal
- Attending all feedback for nursing services
