Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
TIIC has received LOI for project Construction of 4 Lane Fly Over / Elevated Road Cum RoB in Siramtoli Chowk-Rajendra Chowk – Mecon Round About (Total Length 2.34km) Ranchi District in State of Jharkhand. The project includes Pre-Construction Activities like Shifting/Removal of all Utilities including Electrical Lines, Water pipelines, Gas pipelines, OFCs, Felling of Trees, Dismantling of Temporary Structures, Assessment & Monitoring of Land Acquisition and Handing over Obstruction free land to Construction Team within scheduled period.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
The project requires an experienced Graduate/Undergraduate Engineer in the field of Electrical Utility Shifting works & Pipe laying and commissioning of Public Service Utilities. The person should have sound knowledge of Design Review & Execution of all Engineering Tasks with Quality Control with respect to Standard Specifications, Final Inspections, Handing Over of Constructed/Installed elements to concerned Stakeholders. The selected person should also be able to undertake Assessment of status of Land Acquisition at Different Stages Under Land Acquisition Act by meeting and good communication with Client/Government Departments/District Administrations/Consultants for smooth Execution of Project within Scheduled Period.

Professional Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1995 -Second Division) Board of Technical Exams, Jawaharlal Nehru Polytechnic, Bidar, Karnataka.
Experience:
25 years of work experience in the field of Pipeline laying & commissioning of other public service utilities, in Mauritius, Oman, Saudi Arabia and India. Possess sound knowledge of Design review, execution of all Engineering task with Quality Control w.r.t standard specifications.
Work Experience (Current):
Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Mauritius Light Rail Transport Project (From Jan 2018 to June 2022).
Recommendation:
Recommended to be deployed at Ranchi-Elevated Corridor with immediate effect for undertaking responsibility of Pre-Construction Activities of the Project.
