JOB Profile:
: – ICD-10 and CPT codes to patient medical records.
:-Validate all medical record documentation and charge information submitted by the physician to
:-ensure compliance with coding/ billing regulations Reviewed patient charts and identified
:-discrepancies in the medical documentation.
:-coding challenges, changes, or reimbursements with a physician Interprets and completes
:-medical patient records for evaluation and management codes, procedures, from documentation to
:-include: assignment of CPT, ICD-CM and HCPCS codes and modifiers, and ensure compliance with
policies/regulations.
:-Placing calls to the insurance companies to verify the denial reason, and generate revenue. Document
the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
