Health & Benefits Management SME:
Strong understanding of Group Health & Benefits / Employee Benefits domain. Knowledge of Group products like – Group – Mediclaim, Term life, Personal Accident, Superannuation, Retirement plans
Experience in working in gathering Data from Client and vendors to process Renewals & New
Experience in Plan design, Benefits & Coverage & Premium tables
Membership, enrollment, eligibility check, Premium computation, Billing & Invoicing
Understanding of Health Claims processes
Understanding of HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories), DX (Diagnosis Codes), CPT Code (Procedure Codes), ICD Codes , Risk analysis etc.
Understanding of HIPAA
Good experience in gathering business requirements and documentation including FRS & SRS
Documenting Epics & User Stories, Documenting Functional Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Understanding of Health Insurance Administration Systems, Processes
Understanding of Data flow, Data analysis, Data mapping and creating Analytical & Benchmarking Reports
Understanding of Data Visualization and Dashboards
Understanding of integration requirements between systems either internal or external
As an SME, should be able to lead and guide Business Analysis and Development teams
Conduct research on Industry Trends and publish Point of View
Lead Business Consulting engagements
Lead conversations with Clients
Lead Solutions, RFPs, RFIs.
