Job description: Required qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in of the Role: Responsible for service of in vitro diagnostic equipment for East region based at Kolkata – Able to work independently to Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products at customer site – Diagnose system failures and determines most cost effective solution- Ready to travel as per requirement.- Develop new customer service or product agreements- Identifying and participating in service sales such as contracts, contract renewals and spare sales..- Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.- Accurately document field service activities, including installation report and service work report, and timely submit.- Maintaining service tools and calibration kits and asset movement. – Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues- Worked on biochemistry, immunoassay, or hematology equipment.
