Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven experienced professional to contribute in Application Development and Maintenance Practice who will be the technical architect for planning, designing, and implementing Microsoft Solution Offerings. The ideal candidate should be a strong technologist with solid technical skills as s/he will be collaborating with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

  • 15+ years of experience in .NET technologies
  • Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, XML, Java Scripting environments and programming languages.
  • Experience in working on relational databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server). Able to code and debug stored procedures.
  • Experience in working with ORMs like EntityFramework.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization (docker, kubeneties).
  • Software Life Cycle Experience for Multi-Tier Systems, involving Scope, Specifications, Architecture, Design, Development, Integration, Testing, Release, Revision, and Maintenance
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work with associates at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/B.E. or equivalent
  • Design, develop and deploy highly complex software solutions using .NET Core, .NET framework – ASP, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, ADO.NET.
  • Develop Single Page Applications (SPA) using frontend frameworks like ReactJs, Angular, VueJs.
  • Design and develop solution in Micro-Service oriented architecture using Microsoft technologies and deploy them on cloud using DevOps.
  • Create solution specification documentation that consists of UML compliant diagrams (sequence diagrams, class diagrams, etc.), technical details in addition to the high and low level flow of the application processes for developers.
  • Interface between the business users and technical team. Clearly explain the technical limitations and business requirements to the concerned parties.
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Estimate the effort required for the solutions using Use Case points techniques and best practices.
  • Decompose the complex solutions into simple achievable modules and direct the team for meeting the overall business objective.
  • Review the solutions for their adherence to the defined architecture principles.
  • Review various complex maintenance free SSIS packages/ETL Programs using C#, T-SQL, Batch files, Database tables, triggers, and SSIS Controls
  • Define and review the system performance and suggest improvements to meet the defined goals.
  • Review Test strategy and plan for test coverage.
  • Define and execute deployment and integration strategy for the solutions.
  • Mentor / Groom junior developers and contribute to overall team productivity.
  • Adhere to all standards and procedures defined of life cycle of the project.
