Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

You have:
Main responsibility areas
- he/she should have execellent trouble shooting skills on Radio technology
- he/she should have exepertised in 2G/3G/4G technology
- 5G radio technology is added advantage
- knowledge of ticket handling and eme handling
- good communications and relationship handling with customer.
- Manage technical projects and technical escalations at Care phase
- Technical consultant and support for customer’s network performance and evolution.
- Technical sales support for Customer Team regarding Care phase
- Technical project management at Care Phase
- Plans, manages execution and reports assigned projects (SW/HW upgrades and updates, change deliveries, retrofits, etc across several technology areas)
- Technical Escalation at Care phase
- Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customer
- Support customer’s network performance and evolution
- Contributes in creating needed service scope at Care Agreements
- Assists Care Program Manager in Care service delivery by establishing operating practices
- creating and updating Care Schedule
- reviewing activities ongoing at Care Team
- substituting CPM during CPM absence
- Manages network SW and HW configuration information
- Acts as the prime technical interface towards customer, subcontractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as internally towards several organizations
- Liases closely with customer’s technical management to ensure close relationship and responsiveness to customer needs
