Location/Division Specific Information Sr System Analyst, based out of our Bangalore location, plays a key role in Developing applications for Digital Marketing organization that provide the right recommendations and seamless experience to customers, enabling the right lead management to Business stakeholders enabling them to concert maximum leads to orders. How will you make an impact Being part of an organization that provides analytics driven data solutions for all businesses across Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be instrumental in helping our business partners and customers with their data and analytics needs. What will you do Lead, own, Develop and deliver Enterprise Web solutions related to Digital Marketing and Campaigning applications like Unica, Adobe campaign manager etc. Hire, mentor, train and direct engineers, Testers to deliver the campaigning solutions Monitor the sprint progress, goals and ensure to remove blockers for the team to successfully achieve Sprint Goals Lead the Team and direct them with best possible solutions and industry leading practices Ensure Optimized, scalable, and sustainable design for applications related to campaigning, lead management etc. related to Marketing Integrating various modules like Unica campaign, Interact, Acoustic, Workfront etc. Actively participate in providing technical guidance during Feature planning Should be able to remove technical blockers for the team How will you get here Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 7 years of Professional IT Development experience. Having Certifications is desirable. At least 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing related apps (Unica campaign, Interact, Acoustic, Workfront etc.) Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario. Should have persuasive written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to identify in efficiencies and opportunities to improve the process. Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior. Ability to work effectively in a multi-team, multi-vendor, multi-time zone environment. Must have extensive experience in supporting, maintaining, performance setup and configuration of Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, Unica Leads, Unica Marketing Operations, Cognos. Must be able to integrate Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, Unica Leads and Unica Marketing Operations with other modules of Unica and other tools. Have extensive experience in Unica Interact which integrates with your customer facing systems-such as websites and call centers-and allows you to retrieve optimal personalized offers and visitor profile information in real-time to enrich the interactive customer experience. Have extensive experience of experience in Unica Marketing Operations for enterprise planning, collaboration, and workflow that provides a complete solution for the needs of marketers/business Troubleshooting/Debugging the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, Unica Leads and Unica Marketing Operations & its integrated applications. Extensive experience in writing Linux/Unica scripting. Extensive experience in SQL/PLSQL & fine tuning. Good Experience in Acoustic. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional teams from multiple regions/ time zones by effectively leveraging multi-form communication (Email, MS Teams for voice and chat, meetings) Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills. Communicates Effectively: Provide timely and consistent updates and recommendations on issues and improvements to stakeholders.
