Job Description
- Should have good system engineering concepts. Need to design and consult on complex systems mainly driven by Software.
- Should have worked with Innovation teams in previous assignments and should be able to demonstrate skills in adopting to new technologies/solutions
- Good exposure to model base system engieering and handson concepts like UML, SYSML etc.
- Should be having expertise in developing SW involved in decision making frameworks in Real time
- Should be able to drive a quick pivot using implementation in POC/MVP scenarios
- Should have worked/learnt/practicing/following up with new technology trends – Blockchain, AI (Deep learning, Machine Learning), Conversational (Voice Enabled) Frameworks/BOT, Digital Twins
- Technical documentation, benchmarking, software quality, product demo
- Participate in the agile development process and deliver user stories independently
- Work independently on complex issues, and to collaborate efficiently with internal experts to resolve technical issues quickly
Technical skills Requirement:
- Architecture and Design capabilities for embedded systems
- Should be able to understanding computing fundamentals
- Should be able to perform technology evaluations using ATAM, CBAM techniques
- Hands on CODING is a MUST in C++, Java, Rust…
- Should have experience in working with on evolutionary design concepts
- Should have capabilities to drive Design Thinking sessions with customer ecosystems.
- Good knowledge of System aspects like Compute, Storage, Network, Security, QoS
- Ability to be a catalyst/Consulting in innovative product conceptualisation & Design
- Provide Architectural governance for complex implementation
- Should be able to understand and use one or more innovation frameworks like TRIZ, TRL, Lean Business Canvas

M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E in Computer science, E&C
