Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design/develop end to end solution
- Develop quality conceptual designs
- Practice agile solution delivery & influence teams towards engineering best practices such as DevOps / CICD / Everything as a code
- Provide business consulting, technical expertise and estimates for successful delivery of program/project
- Partner closely with global teams to implement the design
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of Java developed projects
- Design, implement and maintain Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Eligibility

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Experience in developing/coding software components in below technologies
- Core Java
- RestAPI / Microservices / Spring/Spring Boot
- Node.js and GraphQL
- Cloud (Azure preferred)
- Kubernetes (Containerization)
- Kafka
- CI/CD, Docker and Devops
- NoSQL DB
- Knowledge of Best Practices Development, Financial Management, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, Resources Analysis and Management, Process Improvements, Requirements Gathering, Business Review Meetings, Stakeholder Relations, Rally/ServiceNow Business
