JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience of process performance monitoring and excellent understanding of DCS/SCADA, Historian etc. Should have at least 3-6 years of working experience in OSI PI system development and configuration Well versed with PI components like PI Notification, Asset Framework (AF), PI UFL, PI Analysis, PI Datalink, PI Builder, PI Vision graphics Experience in C#, Microsoft .Net, Python, Java Scripting, VB scripting etc Working knowledge on SQL server, System integration and network security Familiar with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud-based systems Experience with the BI tools such Power BI, Tableau etc would be desirable but not essential. Exposure to one or more of simulation software like ASPEN Plus, Aspen Online/PRO-II/HYSYS, Programming and Networking. Sound knowledge of Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Turbines, Reformer, Pumps, and associated calculations/equations Excellent understanding of PFD & P&IDs and working exposure of MS Excel and calculation functions Experience with advanced statistical analysis, predictive analytics concepts will be a Plus. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer/Instrumentation/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. 3-6 years of working experience in process industry domain Past plant operation experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills. Good communication and presentation skill Possesses initiative, self-motivation.A team player and able to work independently
