This hands-on role, reporting to the Development Lead for Account and Customer Servicing and will be responsible for managing the portfolio and delivery for Digital Products Area. What will you be doing Establish an Agile delivery model for the team, and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, show & tells, retrospectives, and other ceremonies. Overcome obstacles for the development team to ensure they can deliver with maximum velocity. Engage with project managers, programme managers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency into the status of delivery. Work with project managers to produce financial forecasts and manage within a budget (but this is primarily a delivery-focused rather than financial role) Plan implementation, validation, post-release monitoring, and so on to ensure successful launches with minimal risk. Maintaining RAIDS, mitigating the risk, contributing to prioritization/re-prioritization process Understands the tech stack that is being used and functionality that is being delivered. Track, Contribute and report the progress on RSAM / ORAC actions and ensure closure within agreed timelines Collaborate with other teams with responsibility for systems of record, UI components, etc. to ensure successful end-to-end delivery Utilize a DevOps pipeline to optimize our build quality and time-to-market What we’re looking for: Working knowledge of Banking Domain & Application infrastructures Experience of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Experience of a CI/DevOps pipeline with git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, etc. Ability to own end to end Project Management Problem Solving, planning & organisation Ability to work effectively in a matrix Org Structure Knowledge of the products within the portfolio Knowledge of internal and external systems/infrastructure critical to product fulfilment and service Customer orientated – driven by customer requirements Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all Programme/Project disciplines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills that will help you in the role: Proven track record of Technology Product Management or Project Management Strong planning skills in developing, monitoring and delivering on project plans Experience managing end-to-end projects in high growth environments Skills/Qualities around Leadership, Decision making, Working within a defined budget & defined roadmap/schedule Experience of Scaled Agile (SAFe) Where will you be working Pune Be More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more – as a professional, and as a person. ‘Be More @ Barclays’ represents our core promise to all current and future employees.
