Job Description Role Summary :
The DATA Product Manager acts as primary contact for CDTO project data activities, coordinating and leading project review sessions with internal customers to discuss schedule and data technical deliverables. Works under the immediate supervision of a Business Analytics manager and is able to exercise independent judgment on engagements and commitment in representation of a team based on the data technical assessment. Strong and proven Partner Data expertise is compulsory for this role.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
The Partner Data Product Manager role will review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and user data needs and translates those requirements into data-related tasks and activities. They work together with consultants, Sr. Consultants and Directors to design and implement data requirements that parallel the overall client business objectives.
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project data problems, and obtains solutions.
- Liaise with business functions to understand ongoing data needs and able to work with cross functional teams including Functional Product Managers, APP developers, APP Engineering & IT Data Engineering
- Ensures projects are completed on time, covering all data, and reporting requirements.
- Capable to work on multiple projects simultaneously and comprehend the Business and Technical requirements.
- Acts as a data advisor to program leads regarding data implications, data tasks, operations and works independently.
What you should possess:
- Has knowledge of commonly-used data design and data foundation concepts
- Experience with relational databases, business processes within Technology/Data industry or solution area,
- Ability to identify, refine and lock Data requirements for creation of technical Data Stories, considering Data product criteria that will serve as guideline for IT Data Engineering efforts execution in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
- Understands data development phases, data integration and data testing. Knows and understand data terminology main concepts.
- Possesses the ability to be cross-trained in business process, technology implementations, and adopting related activities.
- Confident presence in executive-facing situations, polished verbal and written presentations, effective interpersonal skills, and strong collaboration skills, to partner effectively with internal and external teams throughout the organization.
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, SAP Business Object, OBIEE and/or other BI platform tools
- Design and management of business processes
- Passion to investigate data and share your findings and analysis with cross-functional teams and executives
- Leadership skills working with distributed teams, at all levels of the organization without direct management oversight while experiencing working in virtual environments.
- Resilient and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to fast-changing environment/objectives.
- Strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with verticals of an organization
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
- Lead end-to-end Workstreams for all data activities and tasks derived from URTM program functional improvements
- You have established your brand as a trusted EDA Data Product Manager and gain the trust of executive sponsors, cross-collaboration teams, and your peers
- Need to assist, act as advisor and consultant to BI Tableau Developers, based on your expertise and understanding of the new data foundation and new data attributes, datasets, and data layers
