Min 6 Months Exp in HCC coding and Risk adjustment coding Abstract information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD – 10 Codes. Should be proficient in understanding of anatomy & physiology, ensure ICD codes are accurate in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines. Assign correct codes and perform edits as per correct coding initiative Proficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 95% accuracy(Quality) Must be certified by AAPC and/or AHIMA.
