To support in development and testing of Actuarial Costing Tools main focus on CPT. Use of Actuarial Basis – Shareholder Reporting Rules (EVM), USGAAP for model development and its testing. Develop and improve testing tools. To apply technical knowledge and process skills to solve problems and develop solutions, i.e. investigating and interpreting data issues/ results. Support on documenting and communication of outcomes and results to senior colleagues in the team. Question existing processes & suggest improvements. Added advantage if knowledge of advanced coding skills mainly R Prog, C#. Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills) 0- Work Experience (Freshers only) Graduate or Post-graduate in Business Mgt/Insurance/Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Statistics. Minimum 3 Actuarial Exams passed as per new curriculum. Understand the basic insurance concepts and data analytics tools. Ability to work accurately and deliver to deadlines. Must be able to interpret business specs and ask clarifying questions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong learning motive.
