General Duties and Requirements: . Minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst with The US healthcare client and Health IT projects . Work with US customers in night shift . Fair Knowledge on Patient Registration i.e. Admission, Discharge and Transfers . Fair Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. EDI, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR, EMR . Understanding different HIPAA measures (DSRIP / MIPS / ECQM / HEDIS / HCPCS etc) . Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and Specification document . Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of various approaches for requirements analysis and documentation . Experience with defining test cases and test scripts . Conduct internal and client UAT sessions before release . Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification. . Create detailed documentation of features and functions . Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities . Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications . Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA) . Candidate should be open to work as per US client schedule (Be available for at least 1st half of US shift running in CST) Required Skills: . Graduate or Post graduate in IT / Health and Hospital management . US healthcare knowledge . Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience of interacting with end client . Excellent listening and interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments . Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required . Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms . Ability to work with minimal supervision
